Welcome to Custom Creations by Liz. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. About Us
Custom Creations by Liz specialises in personalised gifts and custom-made products for all occasions.
2. Ordering
Please check all personalisation details, including names, dates and spelling, before placing your order.
Once production has begun, personalised orders cannot usually be changed or cancelled.
If you notice an error immediately after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if production has not started.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and photographs are accurate.
Please note:
- Colours may vary slightly due to different screen settings.
- Handmade and personalised products may have small variations, making each item unique.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders already placed.
5. Payment
We accept secure online payments through WooPayments and other available payment methods displayed at checkout.
Orders requiring advance payment will not begin production until payment has been received. Where cash on collection has been agreed, payment is due when the order is collected.
6. Delivery
Estimated processing and delivery times are provided as a guide only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, couriers, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Personalised items cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect due to our error.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, logos, product descriptions and website content remain the property of Custom Creations by Liz.
They may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection legislation.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
